"I came in upset that I had to give up my 2013 VW Beetle TDI manual transmission vehicle. It was causing me severe back pain to shift constantly in really bad stop-and-go traffic. The sales personnel literally jumped through hoops to help me trade into an automatic VW Beetle TDI and from Sunday evening's email, I was in a 2014 by Monday afternoon! Flip and his team stopped everything they were doing to attend to my car and figure out why the battery died. Within 5 minutes, they determined that the non-VW battery I'd purchased less than 6 months ago was completely dead. "I have been a loyal Volkswagen customer for the past 6 years. The most recent lease on the 2013 Passat will be my 3rd Volkswagen vehicle. I would like to extend my sincere thanks to my sales person Tom Little. Tom is a man of such integrity and honor. He truly does cater to the needs of the customers. He makes purchasing or leasing a vehicle painless and time effective. Tom and I had a conversation prior to my most recent transaction. He directed me to complete the finance application online prior to meeting. Tom asked me what my needs were and what exactly I was looking for in the next vehicle. Tom arranged for me to test drive the Passat. Tom indicated the 5 cylinder Passat was a very luxurious and economical vehicle that he wanted me to consider. After test driving I knew that I wanted more power. I asked for the V6 SE model. Although there was not a 2013 on the lot I test drove the 2012 and loved it! Within 30 minutes Tom had me approved for financing and had located one of the last 2013 V6 Passats in the Southeast. I signed the paperwork and was able to pick up my car the next day. There was no haggle. There were no bait and switch tactics that others have experienced by other car dealerships. The financing manager was very pleasant and presented exactly what Tom Little had discussed with me the prior day. I wanted to write to describe my recent experience in your service department in particular with Mr. Scheffer. My wife's Passat wagon needed the front turn signal light housing replaced. The part was ordered and I arrived at your dealership to have it installed on Saturday afternoon. Upon arriving I was greeted by one of your staff and he inquired as to how he could assist. At that point, Mr. Scheffer began to enter the service desk but stopped and went away. He returned with the light housing and installed it. After he finished, he noticed that the interior of my wife's car needed cleaning . He took the car to the back of the dealership to vacuum the car without my asking. By the time my bill was prepared, he had returned. The entire experience at your dealership probably took less than 10 minutes. In an age that seems to no longer value customer service, you need to know you have individuals who are still dedicated to treating your customers so good. I will certainly continue to bring my vehicles to you and will relate my experiences to anyone...

 I picked up my Beetle that You guys had in your service dept. to program a replacement key. When I first got there, I noticed You washed it for me, that was the first blessing, then when I got in and started it to leave, I discovered that your technician had turned off the two "idiot" lights that have been bugging me for several months (air-bag & check engine ).

I wanted to write to describe my recent experience in your service department in particular with Mr. Scheffer. My wife's Passat wagon needed the front turn signal light housing replaced. The part was ordered and I arrived at your dealership to have it installed on Saturday afternoon. Upon arriving I was greeted by one of your staff and he inquired as to how he could assist. At that point, Mr. Scheffer began to enter the service desk but stopped and went away. He returned with the light housing and installed it. After he finished, he noticed that the interior of my wife's car needed cleaning . He took the car to the back of the dealership to vacuum the car without my asking. By the time my bill was prepared, he had returned. The entire experience at your dealership probably took less than 10 minutes. In an age that seems to no longer value customer service, you need to know you have individuals who are still dedicated to treating your customers so good. I will certainly continue to bring my vehicles to you and will relate my experiences to anyone...

 I picked up my Beetle that You guys had in your service dept. to program a replacement key. When I first got there, I noticed You washed it for me, that was the first blessing, then when I got in and started it to leave, I discovered that your technician had turned off the two "idiot" lights that have been bugging me for several months (air-bag & check engine ).

I wanted to write to describe my recent experience in your service department in particular with Mr. Scheffer. My wife's Passat wagon needed the front turn signal light housing replaced. The part was ordered and I arrived at your dealership to have it installed on Saturday afternoon. Upon arriving I was greeted by one of your staff and he inquired as to how he could assist. At that point, Mr. Scheffer began to enter the service desk but stopped and went away. He returned with the light housing and installed it. After he finished, he noticed that the interior of my wife's car needed cleaning . He took the car to the back of the dealership to vacuum the car without my asking. By the time my bill was prepared, he had returned. The entire experience at your dealership probably took less than 10 minutes. In an age that seems to no longer value customer service, you need to know you have individuals who are still dedicated to treating your customers so good. I will certainly continue to bring my vehicles to you and will relate my experiences to anyone...

When I first got there, I noticed You washed it for me, that was the first blessing, then when I got in and started it to leave, I discovered that your technician had turned off the two "idiot" lights that have been bugging me for several months (air-bag & check engine ).

When I inquired about a Jetta via the Internet, that perception melted away so quickly even my head spun - wow ... the speed and professionalism of your team was shocking superb, almost too good to be true. While Toyota, Ford and Nissan staffers were slow on the draw and ignored my simple but reasonable and, to me, crucial questions, your guys answered me fully and with, again, great speed. Mike has worked on my vehicle several times for general maintenance and had his crew review the entire vehicle with a small list of things to be aware of and I have scheduled your group to work on them.Your service department is hands down thanks to guys like Mike S. and my wife and I are looking for a Jetta wagon for her commute. My Passat has over 140 K and with the maintenance I keep with your group I know it will last me well into the next 5 to 6 years.

I wanted to write to describe my recent experience in your service department in particular with Mr. Scheffer. My wife's Passat wagon needed the front turn signal light housing replaced. The part was ordered and I arrived at your dealership to have it installed on Saturday afternoon. Upon arriving I was greeted by one of your staff and he inquired as to how he could assist. At that point, Mr. Scheffer began to enter the service desk but stopped and went away. He returned with the light housing and installed it. After he finished, he noticed that the interior of my wife's car needed cleaning . He took the car to the back of the dealership to vacuum the car without my asking. By the time my bill was prepared, he had returned. The entire experience at your dealership probably took less than 10 minutes. In an age that seems to no longer value customer service, you need to know you have individuals who are still dedicated to treating your customers so good. I will certainly continue to bring my vehicles to you and will relate my experiences to anyone...

 I picked up my Beetle that You guys had in your service dept. to program a replacement key. When I first got there, I noticed You washed it for me, that was the first blessing, then when I got in and started it to leave, I discovered that your technician had turned off the two "idiot" lights that have been bugging me for several months (air-bag & check engine ).
